Taekwondo Martial Arts We are a small and friendly Taekwondo Martial Arts Club based in Thornwood just outside of Epping in Essex. We run a progressive syllabus, meaning you only learn what is relevant to your grade and keep adding to it. We try to add different elements to each class but focusing on the syllabus requirements. Taekwondo is primarily a kicking martial art but it also incorporates punches, blocks and movement. We run mixed classes suitable for ages 8+, and we have a wide range of abilities and fitness levels within the club all training side by side and at their own pace.
